• Handling registrations via the Waiting List form.
• Sending a one-time notification about the premiere of the Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland 2026.

The website obtains information about users and their behavior in the following ways:

• Through data entered voluntarily in the registration form, which is safely transmitted directly into the operator's systems (Salesforce CRM).
• By saving cookies (so-called "cookies") in users' terminal devices via Google Analytics.

Places where personal data is entered are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data entered on the page is fully encrypted.

The administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to trusted external recipients if it is necessary to perform services (hosting, database storage, email routing). This applies to:

• Salesforce.com Inc. – as a data processor for storing waitlist registrations (CRM) and managing email notifications.
• Google LLC – for website performance, traffic analysis, and tag management.

All data transfers to entities outside the EEA (such as the USA) are performed under standard contractual clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission, and the active certification of providers under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which ensures an adequate level of data protection.

Your personal data is processed by the administrator for no longer than necessary. Registration data in Salesforce CRM is processed for a maximum of 2 years from the date of submission, or until the consent is revoked.

You have the right to request from the administrator: access to your personal data, its rectification, deletion ("the right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, and data portability.

You have the right to object to the processing of personal data and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland; www.uodo.gov.pl).

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to register on the Waiting List.

5. Information in Forms

The website collects information provided voluntarily by the user – namely, the email address. This data is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the Waiting List form. In addition to the email address, the form automatically appends UTM parameters (campaign source) and click identifiers (such as Google gclid) to the Salesforce lead record for conversion attribution.

6. Data Retention Period

• Waitlist Contact Data (Salesforce CRM): Maximum of 2 years from the registration, or until you withdraw your consent.
• Anonymized Analytical Data (Google Analytics 4): 14 months.

7. Analytical Techniques & Consent Mode v2

The operator applies statistical analysis of website traffic using Google Analytics 4 (GA4). The operator does not transfer identifiable personal data to this service provider, but only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies in the user's terminal device.
